This is Star Gate: Empires.
In this game you will lead one of the many emerging human (Tau'ri) colonies. You will expand the Territory of the Tau'ri in your name; on your way you shall rise the political ranks of a new galactic superpower until finally you represent the entire Tau'ri empire. You start your political life as the leader of a new off-world colony. You must provide the basic requirements of food, housing, employment and security from the people under your command or else the colony will be abandoned and your position as leader of a off-world base will become a distant memory. You will have 30 day of protection from rival colonies but after that you are on your own, the colony is just the beginning, reach out and take what you wish but beware, forces will be moving against you at every rung on the ladder. Don’t overstep the boundaries too quickly; you are only protected for 30 days.
